Jayden from FlashBay provided absolutely outstanding service! He was incredibly responsive and quick to answer my emails, showing remarkable patience throughout the process. I was sourcing bamboo pens on behalf of a client, and Jayden went above and beyond by organising samples, which made it so much easier for my client to visualise the final product.
What really impressed me was how every quote came with a design mockup—such a helpful feature for seeing exactly what the final printed product would look like. The team also had an incredibly fast turnaround time, and the finished pens were fantastic!
I’m thoroughly impressed and would definitely order more promotional items from FlashBay again. Highly recommend their services! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great experience
We were connected to Christian and he offered great help.
As we needed our products on an urgent basis, I had to call Christian directly numerous times to ensure our products arrived on time. He was patient despite numerous requests and changes for the image proof.
We were happy with how the products came out (colours, quality etc) and it was even delivered early within 1 week despite the lead time being 9 working days.
We will definitely seek Flashbay in the future should we require any customised products.
