Great Service
When asked for a sample pen James sent it promptly. He was very patient as we (slowly) figured out exactly what kind of pen to get. He also sent mock-ups of how our logo would look on the pen we chose. We ended up with a great result. I felt proud as I placed a new pen on every employee's desk.

Erwan was informative but never pushy. I took a while to make up my mind and he respected that.
Erwan was patient as I was working full time and looking for merch for my little start up. He knew to just touch base occasionally but to leave me to get back to him or I probably would have become annoyed. He wasn't pushy.
